Mmm, Mmm Melting Pot

Collier Restaurant Group has supplied our area with DELICIOUS food and GREAT service for several years now. They operate some of our favorite places to eat including: Corky's Ribs & BBQ, Flapjack's Pancake Cabin, Gatti's Pizza Buffet, Golden Coral, and T.G.I. Friday's. This Group has been hugely successful and is about to become one brand larger. On May 26th, Gatlinburg will see the opening of Collier Restaurant Group's new Melting Pot. It will be located at 959 Parkway, right above their TGI Friday's location.

For those of you who are not familiar with The Melting Pot, it is an exquisite fondue four course restaurant. It is like nothing you've ever experienced. The atmosphere is relaxed; the tables are private. Other perks include: very attentive service, fine wines, and signature fondue dinners. Guests have their choice of fondue cooking styles and various unique entrees combined with dipping sauce. There are also cheese fondues, salads, and chocolate fondue on the menu. It is interactive dining at its finest with a twist of fun. Brent Collier, owner of Collier Restaurant Group, said "It offers a different kind of eating adventure visitors to the Great Smoky Mountains do not presently have the privilege of enjoying." The General Manager for The Melting Pot of Gatlinburg is Robert Krein.

The Melting Pot will be the perfect place for special occasions such as: birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, Christmas parties, Valentine's Day, weddings, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and more! Next time you are in Gatlinburg, stop by The Melting Pot!
